Are the bags biodegradable?
Yes. Our pyramid tea bags are designed for a clean, convenient steep.
How should I store tea?
Keep the pouch sealed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture.

Delivery
How long will my order take?
We dispatch within 1–2 business days and most orders arrive 3–5 business days after that. Remote PIN codes can take a little longer.
What does delivery cost?
Delivery is ₹50, and free on orders of ₹399 or more — any two pouches qualify. We currently deliver within India only.
How do I track my order?
You will get an email with a tracking link as soon as your parcel leaves us. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to start updating.
Returns
Can I return my tea?
Yes — unopened, factory-sealed pouches can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Because tea is a food product we cannot accept opened pouches unless something is wrong with them.
Something arrived damaged or incorrect.
Tell us within 48 hours with your order number and a photo, and we will replace it or refund you in full, delivery charge included. Full details are in our Return and Refund Policy.
The tea
Do your teas contain caffeine?
Our green tea contains naturally occurring caffeine. Hibiscus, mint, butterfly pea, lavender and rooibos are all naturally caffeine-free.
How long does a pouch keep?
Check the best-before date printed on your pouch. Keep it sealed, cool and dry and away from strong odours, and it will hold its aroma well.
How many cups do I get?
Each pouch holds 25 pyramid tea bags — 25 cups, or more if you re-steep, which works nicely with rooibos and green tea.
Are the tea bags biodegradable?
Yes. Our pyramid bags are biodegradable, and the pouch is resealable to keep each botanical fresh.

Which payment methods can I use?
Secure checkout via Cashfree, covering UPI, cards, net banking and wallets.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, at any time before dispatch — email us with your order number and we will sort it out.
