These Terms of Service govern your use of gudheal.com and any order you place with us. Please read them before you buy. By placing an order or using this site, you agree to these terms.
1. Who we are
This site is operated by Gudheal Wellness LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India and trading as Gudheal, with its registered office at Office No. 103, 161, Brajeshwari Extension, Pipaliyahana, Indore, Madhya Pradesh 452016, India.

In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Gudheal Wellness LLP, and "you" means the person using the site or placing an order.
2. Who can order
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you are under 18, you may use the site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. We currently sell and deliver only within India.
3. Important information about our products
Gudheal sells teas and herbal infusions. These are food products, not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and nothing on this site should be read as medical advice.
- If you are pregnant or nursing, taking prescription medication, or living with a medical condition, speak to a qualified doctor before adding a new herbal tea to your routine.
- Always read the ingredient list printed on each pouch. If you are allergic or sensitive to any ingredient, do not consume the product.
- Our green tea contains naturally occurring caffeine. Our hibiscus, mint, butterfly pea flower, lavender and rooibos infusions are all naturally caffeine free.
- Store your tea in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and strong odours, and consume it before the best-before date on the pack.
Any wellness or lifestyle information we publish is general in nature and is no substitute for advice from your own healthcare professional.
4. Product descriptions and images
We work hard to describe and photograph our teas accurately. Because these are natural agricultural products, the colour, aroma, leaf size and the shade of the brewed cup can vary from harvest to harvest and from the images shown on screen. Screen settings also affect how colours appear. Such variation is normal and is not a defect.
5. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation. Until then we may decline or cancel an order, for example if the item is out of stock, if there was a pricing or description error, or if we suspect fraud or resale in breach of these terms. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund you in full.
We may also limit the quantity of any product that can be bought in a single order.
6. Prices, taxes and errors
All prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include Goods and Services Tax where applicable. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout before you pay.
We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders we have already accepted. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of a technical or human error, we will contact you before dispatch and you may confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.
7. Payment
Payments are processed by our payment partner, Cashfree Payments, which supports UPI, cards, net banking and wallets. Payment details are handled by the payment provider on their secure systems. We never see or store your full card number, UPI PIN or bank credentials.
Your order will only be dispatched once payment has been authorised in full.
8. Delivery, returns and refunds
Delivery timeframes and charges are set out in our Shipping Policy. Your cancellation, return and refund rights are set out in our Return and Refund Policy. Both policies form part of these terms.
9. Discounts, offers and gift cards
Discount codes and promotional offers are valid only for the period and on the terms stated, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be combined with other offers unless we say so. We may withdraw an offer at any time. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash except where the law requires it.
10. Your account
If you create an account, you agree to give accurate information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity on your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
11. Reviews and anything you post
If you submit a review, photograph, comment or other content, you confirm it is your own, is honest, and does not infringe anyone else's rights or break the law. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce and display that content in connection with our business, including in marketing. We may edit or remove content that is unlawful, abusive, misleading, defamatory or off-topic. We do not publish fake reviews and we do not pay for positive ones.
12. Our intellectual property
The Gudheal name and logo, the text, photographs, graphics, packaging design and layout of this site belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may view and print pages for your own personal use. You may not copy, reproduce, republish or use our content or branding for commercial purposes without our written permission.
13. Acceptable use
You agree not to use this site to break the law, to infringe anyone's rights, to upload malicious code, to scrape or harvest data by automated means, to interfere with the site's security or operation, or to place fraudulent orders or resell our products without our written consent.
14. Links to other sites
Our site may link to third-party websites or services that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices, and a link is not an endorsement. Read their terms before you use them.
15. Availability of the site
We aim to keep gudheal.com available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may suspend, withdraw or change all or part of the site for maintenance or business reasons without notice.
16. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of opportunity.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, for defective or unsafe goods, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 are unaffected.
17. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.
18. Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, strikes, courier disruption, civil unrest, failure of utilities or telecommunications, or government action. We will let you know and, where the delay is substantial, you may cancel the affected order for a full refund.
19. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you place your order is the version that applies to that order. Please check back before ordering again.
20. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Indore, Madhya Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to any right you have to bring a claim before a consumer forum where you reside.
21. Complaints and grievance redressal
If something has gone wrong, please contact us first - most issues are resolved quickly. Details of our grievance officer and the escalation route are set out in our Legal Notice.
